Job Requirements: Graduation/MBA in Human Resource Management 0-1 years of experience as a Human Resource Specialist with a focus on Recruitment, Employee Relations, Performance Management and HR Administration Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Provide ongoing support to employees regarding HR related questions, conflicts and issues Coordinate and manage HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training and development and employee relations Conduct training sessions for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures as well as local labor laws Maintain accurate employee records and HR data using HR management systems Innovate and incorporate new HR programs, policies and practices as needed
