1) Processing Payroll, Monitoring attendance etc as per the requirements
2) Support the management for disciplinary and grievance issues.
3) Monitoring performance of the employees and providing performance report of the same
4) Assisting candidates with the policies and procedures of the company.
5) Managing the hiring process of the company.
6) Providing induction to the new joinees of the company.
