Job Description


LogiNext is looking for a dynamic and competention professional to formulate and implement IT & Facility Administration needs of the business. The role will have oversight of IT Operations including Service Delivery, Application and Network infrastructure. Your responsibilities include designing and executing short plus long term strategic plans to assure infrastructure capacity attains current and future needs. The work at LogiNext is very fast paced, agile, and hence, you must be able to multitask and deal smoothly with competing levels of priority. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the implementation, monitoring, maintenance, upgrade and administration of IT infrastructure systems, including network infrastructure, servers, storage, databases, desktops / laptops, and peripherals to achieve availability, performance, and security objectives.
  • Manage and establish priorities for maintenance, development and analysis of entire infrastructure systems inclusive of LANs, WANs, internet, security and wireless implementations.
  • Conduct research and recommend changes in services, products, protocols and standards to support development efforts and infrastructure procurement.
  • Maintain system, network, and security disaster recovery plans, scripts, and coordinate testing.
  • Manage Office Administration & Day to day office operation including managing & maintaining pantry, AMCs, housekeeping, Stationary, minor civil work etc
  • In charge of all end to end Administration & related activities for Offices in India.
  • Vendor management for various Services & Utilities (like Housekeeping, Security, Telephone, Courier, Electricity, etc)
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in IT or related field
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in IT/SaaS companies
  • Knowledge of IT Infrastructure management and Identity management for applications across all categories of Microsoft cloud
  • Knowledge in IT procurement.
  • Experience working effectively in a collaborative environment with other internal and external technology professionals in order to identify and implement new technology solutions, and effective policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Able to prioritize and multitask effectively.
