Key Responsibilities

Understand hiring requirements

by working closely with hiring managers.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree

in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

6 months to 2 years of recruitment experience

(in-house or agency). Familiarity with

job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms

. Basic knowledge of

interviewing techniques and recruitment processes

. Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

. Ability to

multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment

. Proficiency in

MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

; experience with

ATS tools

is a plus.

Source candidates

using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other creative methods.

Screen resumes

and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Coordinate interviews

between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain candidate pipelines

for current and future hiring needs.

Ensure timely communication

and a positive experience for all candidates.

Update and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS)

with accurate candidate details. Assist in

onboarding new hires

and ensure smooth joining formalities. Support the HR team with

ad-hoc recruitment and administrative tasks

as needed.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
