We are looking for an experienced and proactive

HR Recruiter

to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within the

Construction or BIM industry

, and be available to join at short notice.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the

end-to-end recruitment process

including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Handle hiring requirements for

technical and non-technical roles

, especially related to Construction/BIM projects. Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and professional networks. Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for technical rounds. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives. Assist with HR documentation related to hiring and onboarding.
