What You Will Do:

Creating ways to measure and assess engagement - example, surveys Support assessing the impact that people practices, and policies have on the employee experience. Assist to create proactive approaches to well-being in the organization in order to drive physical and mental well-being through interventions. Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural flair creative communication. Support creation of engagement dashboards like - employee engagement dashboards, Diversity dashboards etc. Should be a social media enthusiast and watch over the trends of other organizations leveraging on social media like LinkedIn, Facebook etc. Work on various employee engagement initiatives organization wide. Support the team with organization communication channels. Constant learner and active listener with an inclusive mindset.
Flexible to work in shifts and that includes night shift also.



What You Will Need:

Postgraduates in Human Resource Management (MBA with specialization in HR) regular / fulltime.


Experience: 1 year and above. Knowledge of PowerPoint, excel and word Mandatory.
