Job Summary



A Human Resources (HR) Manager oversees an organization's human capital, acting as a bridge between management and employees. Their responsibilities span strategic and operational functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a productive work environment. Key areas include talent management, compensation and benefits, training and development, HR compliance, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for attracting, recruiting, and onboarding new employees. This includes crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the onboarding process. They also play a role in succession planning, identifying and developing high-potential employees for leadership roles.

Creating and maintaining positive relationships between employees and management is a crucial aspect. HR Managers handle employee grievances, mediate disputes, and conduct employee satisfaction surveys to ensure a healthy work environment.

Key role in employee development. This involves identifying training needs, developing training programs, and providing guidance to employees seeking to enhance their skills.

Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and other benefits. This includes ensuring compliance with legal requirements and market standards.

evelop, update, and enforce HR policies that align with legal standards and company culture. They also ensure compliance with labor laws, industry regulations, and workplace safety standards.

stablish and implement performance management systems, including performance reviews, feedback mechanisms, and performance improvement plans. Contribute to the organization's strategic planning by aligning HR initiatives with overall business objectives.

Manage HR information systems, maintain employee data, and generate HR metrics and reports.

upport organizational changes, such as mergers or restructurings, by guiding communication, training, and staff support

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?52,000.00 per month
