Key Responsibilities:



HR Policy Implementation & Execution

- Drive practical policy rollouts and compliance at the shop floor level

Monthly PMS Execution

- Ensure continuous performance tracking, reviews & feedback mechanisms

Training & Development

- Identify skill gaps and execute structured training plans

Employee Engagement

- Plan and lead on-ground engagement activities to boost morale & retention

HR Operations

- Manage attendance, leaves, payroll coordination, grievance handling

Recruitment Support

- Coordinate with external agencies and internal teams for timely closures

Statutory Compliance

- Ensure adherence to all labor laws and audit readiness
