Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute

employee engagement

initiatives to foster a positive work culture. Assist in maintaining and updating

HR databases

and employee records. Support the HR team in managing

compliance-related tasks

and documentation. Coordinate internal communications and contribute to employee feedback mechanisms. Assist in onboarding processes and daily HR operations. Participate in HR audits and help ensure adherence to organizational policies.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Prior internship experience in HR

is

required

. Familiarity with HR systems, MS Excel, and document handling. Excellent communication and organizational skills. A people-first mindset with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and a sense of confidentiality.
