Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include
:
Maintain and update employee records, files, and databases.
Ensure all HR documents are accurately prepared, filed, and archived.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, offer letters, and onboarding processes.
Assist in preparing, processing, and tracking purchase orders for HR-related purchases (e.g., Employee BGV, Pre-employment health up).
Maintain records of purchase orders and ensure timely follow-up with vendors.
Support the HR team with day-to-day activities, such as answering employee queries,
Assisting with recruitment processes and maintaining office supplies.
Other requirements
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and documentation
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
