Performance Management:
Implementing and managing performance appraisal systems, providing feedback, and developing employee performance improvement plans.
Training and Development:
Identifying training needs, coordinating training programs, and supporting employee development initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits:
Administering compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company policies.
