- Handling end to end recruitmentr
- Handling full life cycle Recruitment activities include; posting Positions, Pre-screening Interviewing candidates over the phone, interview arrangements closing.r
- Working with recruitment, selection of candidates, offers, salary negotiation, interview techniquesr
- Discuss the "core" of the job description with the candidate to make them more understand the offered jobr
- Preparing daily and weekly recruitment reports, meetings, and conference calls.r
- Pre-interview preparation and post-interview follow-up.r
- Understanding of clients requirements.r
- Follow up with the selected candidates till the date of joining.r
- Maintaining the candidates database of various levels.r
- Regular Interaction with the client.r
