Visit assigned branches/outlets regularly as per schedule
Handle
employee onboarding
, documentation, and induction
Maintain employee records and coordinate with the central HR team
Ensure compliance with company policies at the branch level
Address basic employee queries and assist with HR support
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations (preferably in a multi-location setup)
Must have a
two-wheeler
and valid license
Good communication and coordination skills
Basic understanding of HR documentation and processes
Willingness to travel across locations daily
