Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment:

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates Post job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and candidates Maintain candidate database and track application statuses Conduct initial telephonic or video screenings

HR Coordination:

Assist in onboarding and orientation of new hires Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Support in drafting offer letters, employment contracts, and HR-related communications Help plan and execute employee engagement activities Provide support in training and development activities
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
