Manage
end-to-end payroll processing
, including attendance tracking, leave management, and coordination with finance for salary disbursement.
Maintain employee records in both digital and physical formats, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Support compliance with statutory requirements like PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other applicable labor laws.
Act as the point of contact for payroll-related queries from employees.
Communicate effectively in
Tamil and English.
Generate HR reports related to headcount, attrition, joining, etc., as needed.
Assist in audits and documentation for HR and payroll processes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of relevant HR experience
, with a strong focus on payroll and employee documentation.
Familiarity with Indian labor laws and statutory compliance related to payroll.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Fluency in Tamil
(mandatory) and English.
