Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding

Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments for various hotel departments (e.g., F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping). Coordinate and conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth integration into the hotel's culture and operations. Prepare and process all new hire paperwork, including offer letters, employment contracts, and background checks, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Employee Relations & Support

Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and general employment matters. Assist in resolving employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring fair and consistent application of hotel policies and procedures. Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and staff welfare activities to foster a positive work environment. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
Compensation & Benefits Administration

Assist with the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs, including payroll data preparation, leave management, and health insurance inquiries. Help explain benefit options to employees and assist with enrollment processes.
Training & Development

Support the coordination of training programs for hotel staff, including mandatory compliance training, skill development workshops, and customer service excellence initiatives. Assist in tracking employee training records and identifying training needs based on performance reviews and operational requirements.
Performance Management

Provide administrative support for the performance management process, including scheduling reviews, collecting feedback, and maintaining performance documentation. Assist managers in understanding and applying performance management policies.
HR Compliance & Reporting

Ensure compliance with all relevant local labor laws, hotel policies, and industry regulations. Prepare various HR reports, including headcount, turnover, attendance, and other HR metrics as required by management. Assist in maintaining HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are current and communicated effectively to all employees.
