Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing all housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness, order, and appearance of the property (such as a hotel, resort, hospital, or other facility). This includes managing housekeeping staff, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, maintaining inventory, and ensuring guest or client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred. Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or healthcare environment. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and OSHA standards. Familiarity with housekeeping management software is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?70,000.00 per month
