Designation: Inside Sales Executive(FEMALES ONLY)
Duties and Responsibility:
Make multiple outbound and inbound calls to potential clients
Share information about company/product & answer potential clients questions and follow-up call questions
Facilitate future sales by creating and nurturing long-term client relationships and ensuring repeat business
Through multiple transactions
Close sales and lead customer through the transaction process
Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
Maintain a record of calls through CRM system
Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
Create and maintain a list/database of prospect clients
Work with the sales team to close sales
Cold call potential sales lead.
Fluent in English, Hindi.
Adapt new knowledge and software tools to increase productivity.
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
Working Timings: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
