The role reports to the Center Counselor and is responsible for counseling & being a Subject Matter Expertise to resolve queries & assist students in the application process Key Responsibilities:- 1)Take care of inquiries on phone and personally. 2)Converting inquiries to enrollments. 3)Follow-up on walk-ins and telephonic inquiries. 4)Handle student queries related to admissions. 5)Revenue generation by increasing Enrollments 6)Meeting targets assigned through effective counseling and selling. 7)Generating leads / walk-ins through tele counseling. 8)Need to Attend Colleges when Require For Marketing Desired Skills & Qualities: Pleasing Personality Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills High level of focus on work /attention to detail and accuracy Ability to deal with ambiguity Negotiation skills Should have Experienced in Coaching institutes.
