Job Description


POSITION SUMMARY

  • The Manager, Health Solutions Partner (HSP) is a non-sales commercial role, focused on providing educational & scientific content to support HCPs and Clinicians in large multi-speciality and corporate Hospitals. The purpose is to demonstrate and improve the impact of our Hospital portfolio on key areas of focus such as Anti-Microbial Resistance. The role incumbent will need to work with a cross section of internal stakeholders proactively to build a better customer experience.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • The role holder will proactively drive deeper engagement on educational & scientific content with multiple clinicians like Intensivists and stakeholders like Microbiologists in large scale hospital setup.
  • The individual will exhibit strong industry knowledge, as well an have hands-on expertise on multiple topics related to therapy, business processes, HEOR etc.
  • (S)He will be expected to identify bottlenecks in delivering a consistent customer experience, and develop innovative approaches to build strong, compliance connections with Pfizer SMEs and other resources in the organisation.
  • Expected to bring deep insights on customer preferences through various approaches, thereby enabling relevant content and channel identification and deployment for an ideal customer experience.
  • Will work with other SMEs like SHP, External Partnerships Lead, Medical and other stakeholders to attain improved outcomes.
  • Will develop and drive implementation of value programs like improving the Diagnostics infrastructure, set up COE for appropriate, rational AI usage, anti-microbial stewardship etc.
  • Will provide insights to appropriate stakeholder to improve service provided to the customer along with design expertise
  • Will be expected to provide inputs to create awareness and shape initiatives (Commercial only) applying insights learnt from customer journeys on the therapy. Will also support in local evidence and RWE cascade.
  • Will be expected to manage and lead a team of HSP Executives, acting as a strong coach and guide and navigate the team through moderately complex situations.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Graduate in science related discipline
  • Bachelors / Masters in Microbiology, Medicine or Business management is preferred
  • Management and/or marketing, area medical experience strongly recommended
  • 7+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech or medical/marketing/sales management experience with focus on customer centric behaviour or Key Account Management, and demonstrated team management experience
