r r 1. Fulfill all required parameters of a customer-service based role involving multitasking, flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt to changes.r r 2. Should have good knowledge about hardware and networking.r r 5. Should have knowledge about Firewalls, Anti-Virus, System Assembling and basic trouble shooting for Hardware and Softwarer r 6. Installation & Service, Technical Support, Server & Networking.r r 9. Setting up and configuring new laptops and desktops.r r 10. Install authorized software to laptops and desktops.r r 11. Ensuring security and upgrades are applied and kept up to date on desktops and laptopsr r 12. Fault-finding to laptops and desktopsr r 13. Reporting faults and maintaining logs on servers, desktops and laptopsr r 14. Completing internal user moves including phonesr r 15. Ensure all logs for equipment and users are maintainedr r 16. Providing support for MAC and PC Otherr r 17. Prepare documents, meeting materials and correspondencer r 18. Provide assistance as required to the IT Managerr r 19. Evaluates and provides onsite support in remote office locations including resolving technical issues and building rapport with associates.
