Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Attend to clients visiting the gym and provide complete information on membership plans, services, and offers. Understand client fitness goals and suggest suitable packages. Follow up with inquiries via calls, messages, and emails to close memberships. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing members. Meet monthly sales targets for new memberships, renewals, and upselling services. Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM system. Collaborate with the gym team to ensure a seamless client experience.

Required Skills:

Proven experience preferably in fitness, gym, or wellness industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident, persuasive, and target-driven approach. Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales. Basic knowledge of fitness programs is a plus.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
