Responsibilities and Duties
Preferably Logistics Experience ( US, UK , Australia ).
Serve as the point of contact for drivers with regard to job assignment, schedule, and procurement of permits.
Provide feedback to improve processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills
Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Candidates with good BPO experience preferably Sales.
High energy, flexible and able to execute in a fast paced environment.
Candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in U.S process.
Ability to work in a team environment in high pressure situations.
Willing to work in a flexible schedule.
Ability to handle customer issues and work with drivers and sales staff to solve issues in a positive and productive manner.
