Video editing skills are considered an added advantage for this role. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Brand Identity:** Develop and maintain a consistent and compelling brand identity, including logos, color schemes, typography, and visual elements. 2. **Visual Language:** Create and enforce brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive visual language across all company materials and communications. 3. **Collateral Design:** Design a wide range of collateral, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, and promotional materials. 4. **Social Media:** Manage and curate social media content that aligns with our brand identity, engaging our audience and promoting our brand effectively. 5. **Content Creation:** Create and edit visual content, including images, graphics, and videos for use across various digital platforms. 6. **Brand Strategy:** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute brand strategies that align with our business goals. 7. **Market Research:** Stay updated on design trends, industry best practices, and competitor analysis to ensure our brand remains relevant and competitive. 8. **Video Editing (Advantageous):** Utilize video editing skills to create engaging and impactful video content that supports our brand\'s storytelling. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor\'s degree or Certified course in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). - Proven experience in brand design and management, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative and strategic abilities. - Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite). - Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. - Video editing skills (an added advantage). - A passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
