Job Description

As a Digital Artist Intern for Marketing, you will work closely with our marketing team to create visually compelling and engaging digital assets for various marketing campaigns. Your role will involve utilizing your artistic skills and technical expertise to produce high-quality graphics and designs that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives. Create visually appealing digital assets, including but not limited to social media graphics, website banners, email templates, infographics, and ad designs. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our brand guidelines and ensure that all designs adhere to the brand\'s visual identity. Generate innovative and creative design concepts that effectively communicate marketing messages and engage the target audience. Ensure timely delivery of design projects while maintaining high-quality standards. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools, and apply them to improve design processes and outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, marketers, and web developers, to ensure cohesive and visually impactful marketing materials. Assist in creating and optimizing graphics for various digital platforms, considering factors such as file sizes, resolutions, and image optimization techniques. Support the team in maintaining a library of design assets, organizing files, and archiving completed projects. Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and creative discussions to contribute ideas and insights. Requirements: Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Digital Arts, Visual Communications, or a related field. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Strong artistic and creative abilities, demonstrated through a portfolio of previous design work. Solid understanding of design principles, composition, typography, and color theory. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and best practices for designing graphics for online channels. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback and incorporate it into designs. Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as within a team environment. Positive attitude, enthusiasm for learning, and a passion for digital art and design. This is an internship position, and the duration and compensation will be determined according to our company\'s policies and your qualifications. Internship monthly Payment - Rs 8000-18000/month
