We're looking for an experienced and mission-driven

Full Stack Engineer

to join our team and help shape TexAu's Legal technology roadmap. This is your chance to work on a transformative product that impacts real lives while solving deep technical challenges with a modern, flexible stack.

Key Responsibilities

Architect, build, and maintain scalable full-stack features using

NestJS

,

Next.js

, and Python-based APIs Integrate AI-driven workflows using

LangChain

and vector search engines like

Pinecone

Develop and optimize data models using

Supabase (PostgreSQL)

and other NoSQL data stores Implement

WebSockets

for real-time updates, notifications, and multi-user collaboration experiences Design reusable UI components and craft responsive, accessible interfaces Collaborate cross-functionally with legal operations, product, and design teams to drive fast-paced product delivery Build and document internal APIs, SDKs, and service contracts Write clean, testable code and maintain full test coverage through unit/integration tests Implement secure authentication and authorization across services Participate in architecture planning, code reviews, and feature estimation Contribute to performance monitoring, observability, and alerting best practices Evaluate new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to accelerate innovation

A full stack builder at heart who thrives at the intersection of data, design, and scale Passionate about building software that improves real-world workflows Hands-on experience with AI integration, particularly in LLM orchestration Strong communicator who enjoys working closely with both technical and non-technical teams Proactive, curious, and eager to work in a fast-moving, mission-driven startup

Requirements

1-2+ years of professional experience building full stack applications Strong proficiency in

JavaScript/TypeScript

, including

NestJS

and

Next.js

Backend experience with

Python

, REST APIs, and microservices Experience working with

PostgreSQL

,

Supabase

, and modern NoSQL/Serverless solutions Exposure to

LangChain

,

vector embeddings

, and related AI/ML technologies Experience implementing

WebSockets

with frameworks like

Socket.IO

,

WS

, or native support in NestJS Solid understanding of OAuth, JWT, and secure web architecture Working knowledge of Docker, CI/CD workflows, and observability tooling Proven experience collaborating within product-centric development teams

Bonus Points

Familiarity with Pinecone, Weaviate, or other vector DBs Experience with document automation or legal tech platforms Contributions to open-source, AI agents, or LangChain tooling
