Roles and Responsibilities
1. Bank Reconciliation
2. Preparing Sale Report
3. Allocating Fund Flow i.e. Cash, CC, Online sale etc.
4. Payment schedule to be followed.
5. Pending Bill to be followed.
6. Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends; Analyzing change and advising accordingly
7. Develop cost projections based on past records and anticipated activities and makes fiscally sound recommendations.
8. Monitor expenditures to ensure compliance with budgetary recommendations
9. Apply standardized accounting principles and practices. Prepare and interpret a variety of financial reports and statements. Review and apply tax laws
10. Co-ordinate with the office team i.e. Controller, audit, Accounts.
11. Analyze, reconcile and consolidate vouchers, records, journals, ledgers and statements before Payment process.
12. Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
