We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective lead generation, territory management, and account management. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in both inside and outside sales, with a focus on technology sales. You will play a crucial role in analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for upselling and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies for lead generation within assigned territories.
Manage existing accounts while actively seeking opportunities to upsell products and services.
Conduct market analysis to identify potential clients and understand competitive positioning.
Engage in direct sales activities, including presentations and negotiations with prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Proven experience in lead generation, territory management, and account management.
Strong background in inside sales, direct sales, or outside sales, preferably within the technology sector.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess market conditions and identify growth opportunities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients effectively.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
