Preliminary Due Diligence
Drafting Private Placement Memorandum, Subscription Agreements, Investment Management Agreement and Trust Deed and allied Fund Documents
Operations for AIF (Transactions (Investee companies) and Portfolio companies)
Liaison between Funds, Administrators, Tax and Legal Counsels
