The Food & Beverage Executive is responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the F&B department, ensuring high-quality service standards, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The role includes overseeing food and beverage outlets, supporting staff training, coordinating with the kitchen and service teams, and maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the daily operations of restaurants, bars, room service, and banquets.
Supervise and support service staff to ensure exceptional customer service.
Monitor guest feedback and address complaints promptly and professionally.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate service.
Assist in inventory management and ordering of F&B supplies.
Participate in menu planning, costing, and promotions.
Help train and motivate team members to maintain service excellence.
Prepare reports on sales, costs, and other key performance metrics.
Uphold brand standards and company policies.
