Responsibilities

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner Assist customers in selecting food and beverages from the menu Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of orders Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area Assist in the setup and breakdown of tables and chairs Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations Collaborate with coworkers and other team members to ensure a smooth dining experience

Qualifications

Previous experience in a similar role preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle cash transactions Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
