Job Description

  • Process project related enquiries with shipping lines/overseas agents branches for cargo.r

  • r
  • Obtain competitive rates with an aim to secure business from various destinations and agents network (Imports and exports)r
r r
  • r
  • Send complete and precise quotation to client along with Terms and conditions that protect companys interestr
r r
  • r
  • Filing of rates with shipping carriers and overseas agents for both import and exportr
r r
  • r
  • Import coordination with agents/carriers for import shipments till pre alert Export shipment till rates filing and bookings released by shipping carrierr
r r
  • r
  • Coordination with shipping carrier for all project enquiriesr
r r
  • r
  • Port visits as and when requiredr
r r
  • r
  • Checking invoices from agents and arrange overseas remittancer
r r
  • r
  • Coordination with PSU clients on outstandingr
r r
  • r
  • Thorough Import Documentation experience with a Clearing and Freight forwarding company.r

  • r
  • Coordinating with transporter and arrange to obtain quotesr
r r
  • r
  • Follow up of outstanding of project clients, if required.r

  • r
  • Must have exposure in China Marketr
