Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle.
Oversee attendance, leave, and time management systems.
Implement and support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
Handle employee grievances, resolve issues, and ensure high employee morale.
Assist in payroll processing and coordinate with accounts for timely salary disbursements.
Support the performance appraisal cycle.
Ensure compliance with all labor laws and statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, etc.)
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-4 years of experience in HR.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and HR software/tools.
