  • Online payments for Sales & Construction Agreement/Sale Deed registrationsr
  • Resolving Queries of CRM/Sales Teamr
  • NOC Request Letter Preparation & Follow upsr
  • Interest working, cost sheet and checking balance outstanding of Customersr
  • Preparation of Monthly Chairman's & VC office Sales reportr
  • Interest waiver, reduction and time extension updates as per approvalr
  • Sale & Construction agreement Checkingr
  • Sending Reminders to Clientsr
  • Clients Refund payment processingr
  • Handling Petty Cash for Contractual project divisionr
  • Inter-Branch/Division Reconciliation on Monthly basisr
  • Preparation of Sales Register on monthly basisr
  • Debtors Ageing Reportr
  • Updating of Sales person wise Collection details on daily basisr
  • Agreement Not executed Report for all Projectsr
