Job Description

Skills and Qualifications:

Sales Experience:

Proven experience in a targeted sales environment, ideally with some event or venue experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Sales:

Proactively seeking out new leads, pitching event packages, and negotiating contracts.

Client Relationship Management:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction.

Event Planning and Coordination:

Collaborating with internal teams (catering, AV, etc.) and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.

Sales Strategy and Reporting:

Developing and implementing sales strategies, tracking performance, and analyzing sales data.

Communication and Negotiation:

Communicating effectively with clients, negotiating contracts, and managing expectations.
