A group company within NTT DATA currently seeks a 'SAP BASIS - ERP SPECIALIST ADVISOR' to join our team in India to join our team in India to provide their expertise to one of our very important clients in the food industry. . SAP BASIS JD: Duties and Responsibilities: The SAP Basis professional is responsible for and supervise all SAP systems (Work processes, Users, System logs, Short Dumps, Locks, Traces, Disk space, etc..). Prepare and deliver system performance statistics and reports. The SAP Basis consultant is also responsible for Batch job Management (Creation, changes & Update). The SAP Basis consultant is also responsible for Set up SAP Printers . Lead the planning and implementation of SAP system upgrades and Quarterly Maintenance. Provide technical support and administration of Transport management , system processes and Production support for SAP environment in conjunction with relevant third parties. Ensure that appropriate controls are in place to handle processes and maintain compliance with internal and external Audit rules. Conduct meetings with IT partners reviewing current activities and planning future activities. Submit maintenance plans for approval of Non-prod & Production environments. Run and/or participate in the Application of SAP Maintenance (Package upgrade / Kernel upgrade) through all systems using a structured methodology. Availability for weekly on-call, sev1 Ensure all Major incidents are addressed as per the timelines & defined procedures, Report to the internal and external stakeholders in timely manner. Quarterly Java node Monitoring. The SAP consultant should be able to demonstrate ability to solve complex issues quickly and creatively. The SAP consultant should have strong and professional customer service skills with a confident approach and excellent communication skills. Technical and Professional Expertise: At least 10 of years of experience having deep technical skills in implementation and support of SAP NetWeaver ECP, SAP S4 HANA,. Expertise Installation, upgrade, patching and Migration. Experience in Backup / Recovery tools processes and procedures . Experience in Disaster Recovery tools processes and procedures. Experience in System clones. Experience as a SAP Basis Consultant with at least three end-to-end SAP implementation project Demonstrable experience in performance monitoring and tuning of SAP system. The SAP job requires a bachelor's degree in science, professional degree in engineering (computer/telecommunication), computer science/information technology or equivalent Excellent communication skills Good written skills and experience in creating Functional / Technical Design Specifications for complex SAP enhancements Work Timings: 1 :30 PM to 11:30 PM and to be flexible as per the project priorities when needed . Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Noida / Gurugram Nice to Have : SAP Basis Certified . #LI-PASIN
