Wishes and Blessings, a Noida-based NGO, is looking for a passionate, dedicated, and driven individual to join our team as an Education Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

Designing and implementing age-appropriate, activity-based learning modules Conduct teacher training sessions and classroom observations to ensure quality teaching practices. Engage in community outreach to identify and enroll children in need of educational support. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to students, teachers, and centre activities. Support daily operations at multiple education centres and coordinate with teaching and support staff.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of early childhood and informal education methodologies. Experience in teacher training and hands-on classroom observation. Effective communication skills in both English and Hindi. Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.). Strong documentation, reporting, and data management skills. Basic knowledge of social media handling is an added advantage.

Willingness to travel frequently to various centre locations.

Qualifications & Experience:

B.Ed. or MSW

(with specialization in education, community development, or social work).

Minimum 2 years in a similar role within the development or education sector

Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month
