Training & Coaching:

Lead sessions for small and large groups (Marketing Launchpad), empowering aspiring marketers with real-world knowledge.

Content Development:

Use your expertise and insights from industry leaders to simplify marketing concepts into practical frameworks.

Program Design:

Craft powerful learning journeys based on student outcomes, recruiter insights, and feedback.

Coach Enablement:

Support and guide our network of external coaches to ensure students get the best experience.

The Rest (~20% of your time):

Team Development:

Collaborate closely with the internal team to build skills, share knowledge, and raise the bar for everyone involved.

Consulting Projects:

Stay hands-on by guiding students through live e-commerce projects with our partner brands.
