• The candidate will be working as across all of the Portfolios within Consumer Bank & Payments GTSM within BX GTSM Dedicated Services organization

What will you be doing?

Support the Resilience Leads

• Support the CB&P Europe with the implementation of a people, process and technology resilience strategy in line with the new Group Resilience Policy and Standards
• Support CB&P Europe colleagues in understanding the Group Resilience Policy and Standards including the validating control compliance, key risk indicators (KRI’s) and the tracking of any non-compliance to remediation
• Responsible for setting up and attending various resilience meetings where required and capturing minutes and actions
• Liaise with the others Resilience Technology Partners across the Bank where required

Resilience Exercise Planning, Support and Post Testing Activities

• Support CB&P Europe colleagues in preparing for regular Production Crossover Events and Data Centre Resilience Tests
• Attend the ITDR exercise planning meetings alongside CB&P Europe Colleagues and support them with ITDR exercise planning activities
• Collate information post testing
• Support the Resilience Leads with the implementation of the revised Data Centre validation process across CB&P Europe

Resilience Compliance Analysis & Reporting

• Responsible for Resilience compliance metrics, and communication of these to and status tracking

Personal Development – Resilience SME

• Actively develop one’s own subject matter expertise (SME) on people, process, technology and supplier resilience matters to support CB&P Europe colleagues

What we’re looking for:

• Good communication and collaboration skills

• Familiarity with: business infrastructure arrangements, including IT systems and business processes

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Awareness of Business Continuity Management (BCM) principles
• Experience in supporting the planning, execution of resilience events
• Awareness of Resilience and Service Toolsets
