We're seeking a creative and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist to help amplify our brand and drive engagement across various digital platforms, connecting with a new generation of customers and learners.

Key Responsibilities

? Develop, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search engines, and email.

? Plan and manage content marketing strategies (blogs, videos, newsletters) to increase engagement and boost brand presence.

? Optimize website performance through on-page SEO, keyword research, and conversion rate best practices.

? Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads, LinkedIn) and regularly adjust for performance improvements.

? Create and maintain a digital content calendar, ensuring the timely rollout of content across channels.

? Analyze digital marketing metrics and campaign data using tools like Google Analytics; provide actionable insights and regular performance reports.

? Collaborate with design, product, and training teams to create cohesive branding, compelling creatives, and innovative campaigns.

? Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience insights to identify growth opportunities.

? Oversee and adapt email marketing automation and CRM database management.

? Ensure brand consistency and compliance with relevant regulations in all marketing outputs.

Requirements

? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

? 2+ years (for executives) or 4+ years (for managers) of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally within an agency or tech/education environment.

? Proficiency in key digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEMrush or equivalent, email marketing/CRM systems).

? In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media strategy, and content marketing.

? Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

? Creative, collaborative, and self-driven with a growth mindset.

? Certifications such as Google Marketing or HubSpot are a plus.
