Job Description

As our first Digital Marketing Associate, you'll build our marketing engine from the ground up.

You'll take charge of:

Managing and growing MatAll's social media presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and more. Designing and publishing engaging content (posts, reels, videos, stories, banners, ads, etc.). Running paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms with a focus on maintaining ROAS benchmarks. Creating and publishing weekly and monthly performance dashboards. Planning and executing campaigns across demand and supply sides (users + suppliers). Working closely with founders to align messaging with business goals. Consuming feedback and campaign data to refine future strategies.

What We're Looking For

Some hands-on digital marketing experience. Proficiency with tools like Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics. Basic design skills and an eye for visual storytelling. Strong content writing ability (short-form and visual). Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment. Bonus: Experience in hyperlocal, e-commerce, or logistics-led businesses.
