Key Responsibilities: Category Strategy Development:

Develop and implement category strategies for

diagnostics

in alignment with business goals. Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, opportunities, and threats.

Supplier Management:

Establish and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality and competitive pricing. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional activities to drive category profitability.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Work closely with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to execute category plans effectively. Foster collaboration to achieve business targets and enhance customer experience.

Performance Monitoring:

Analyze category performance metrics, including market share, revenue, and profitability. Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve category performance.

Regulatory Compliance:

Stay updated on

diagnostics industry regulations

and ensure compliance with industry standards. Implement best practices to navigate regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements: Experience:

5+ years in

diagnostics industry

Skills:

Knowledge:
