Daycare Teacher

to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and monitor the safety of children in your care Organize age-appropriate educational activities, games, and creative projects Encourage social, emotional, and intellectual development through play and structured learning Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about children's progress Maintain a clean, organized, and child-friendly classroom environment Follow all health and safety guidelines and protocols Provide basic care such as feeding, diapering, and nap supervision

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree

(preferably in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field) Prior experience working with young children is a plus

Excellent communication skills

(spoken and written English) Patience, creativity, and a nurturing attitude Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Basic understanding of child development and classroom management
