Duties and Responsibilities
1. Candidate should have worked at least 5+ years as Pharma Field Sales / Pharmaceutical Sales / MR's / OTC Sales.
2. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
3. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence.
4. Are responsible for motivating and advising their representative to improve their performance.
5. Achieve their objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analyzing data on past performance, and projecting future performance.
6. Are responsible of Sourcing of Distributor, Sub distributor , Channel Partner wholesaler & Retailer, Hospital, Nursing Home who can buy Pharma product from company.
7. Flexibility with a strong sense of ownership for work
8. Effective oral and written communication skills 9 Reviewing of P&L statements.
Required Skills: 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills
2. Excellent skills on MS Office, Documentation, Advanced Excel eg V LookUp.
3. Customer Satisfaction Focus: Ability to listen and active problem-solving skills Leadership and People Management 4. Competent time management skills
