: Data Engineering Trainer (Part-time)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Data Engineering Trainer to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves delivering high-quality training sessions to individuals or groups interested in learning data engineering concepts, tools, and techniques. The syllabus for the training will typically take between 30 to 40 hours to complete. The trainer is expected to provide engaging lessons, answer questions, and help students master the necessary skills to succeed in the data engineering field.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions based on the pre-defined syllabus for data engineering, ensuring that all course material is covered. Teach core topics, including data modeling, data pipelines, ETL processes, SQL, cloud platforms, and other relevant data engineering concepts. Lead and facilitate live sessions for students, offering hands-on learning and practical examples. Provide guidance and mentorship to students, answering questions and resolving doubts. Monitor and track student progress, offering feedback and suggestions for improvement. Prepare and share course materials, assignments, and assessments to ensure students can practice and consolidate their learning. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data engineering, integrating relevant updates into the curriculum.

Job Requirements:

Proven experience as a Data Engineer or in a related data-focused role. Strong understanding of data engineering tools and technologies such as SQL, ETL processes, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Apache Spark, and Hadoop. Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner. Experience in teaching or training is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, especially for part-time work. Availability to commit to teaching for 1 hour on weekdays and 2 hours on weekends. Passionate about mentoring and guiding learners to success in the data engineering domain.

Work Schedule:

Weekdays: 1 hour per day Weekends: 2 hours per day Total course duration: 30 to 40 hours (spread across several weeks)
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
