Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns in a polite and timely manner, escalating to senior management when necessary.

Provide accurate product or service information to customers.

Actively promote and upsell products and services during customer interactions to achieve sales targets.

Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling based on customer needs and preferences.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, including revenue and number of units sold.

Track and report on sales performance metrics and customer feedback.
