We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented
Customer Success Executive
to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in
onboarding and implementing international customers
, ensuring they achieve success with our platform from day one. You will serve as the key liaison between SANeForce and our global clients, delivering a world-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboard and implement international customers
, ensuring smooth configuration and adoption of SANeForce products.
Understand each client's unique business processes and customize product setup accordingly.
Conduct product training for global end-users and administrators across different time zones.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts post-sale.
Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Sales, Technical Support) to resolve client issues effectively.
Monitor customer usage and health metrics to proactively prevent churn and drive engagement.
Conduct periodic check-ins and review meetings with clients to track progress and gather feedback.
Provide feedback to product and development teams based on customer requirements and trends.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services and modules.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?450,000.00 per year
