Role: Customer Support Executive No. of Opening : 1 Qualification: Graduation and above Job Responsibilities: The primary job roles and responsibilities of a support executive include: * A professional approach in answering calls and chats and provide relevant information for a global software, taking input of issues faced by customers and providing redressal thereof * Must be fluent in speaking & understanding English & comfortable with writing in English as well. * Must be comfortable with rotational shift, involving night shifts at times * Has worked in client/customer facing roles before (which doesn\'t include interacting with drivers & delivery agents) * Should be comfortable in working with softwares, use excel, word doc & pdfs * Maintaining records of calls and interactions * Handle complaints /issues on chatting portal and call, provide appropriate solutions over calls & emails and alternatives within the time limits * Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressal * Male candidates only. Must live in or around Kolkata.
