Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency.
Maintain updated records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
Coordinate with the internal sales team to track and update client requirements and follow-ups.
Sending quotations, basic product details, and order updates to clients.
Ensure timely follow-up with clients regarding queries, deliveries, and satisfaction.
Assist in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and appointments as per the Sales Head's direction.
Maintain basic reports related to client interactions, order status, and follow-up actions.
Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure timely order fulfillment and client communication.
Provide general support to the sales team in terms of documentation, presentations, or client coordination.
