To be responsible for making outbound calls on a daily basis using data provided. Following-up with customers for car sales / car deliveries. Providing information to customers as & when required. Taking Feedback of customers ratings. Managing and scheduling appointments for procedures Handling Customers & their queries regarding sales. Maintain Data. To convert the calls to new business lead. To inform potential client's on the company's products and services.
